St Marys Tax Service

St. Marys Tax Service is the collector of various taxes for the St. Marys Area School District and the municipalities within the district. We also collect the earned income tax for the Johnsonburg Area School District.

We are located at 419 E. Erie Avenue Extension and maintain office hours daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday as well as federal and state holidays.

Starting in the third quarter of 2007, employers will need to provide St. Marys Tax Service with a unique municipality code, or name, where their employee reside. Every municpality in the state of PA has a unique code assigned to it. This code needs to be included in all quarterly returns filed with St. Marys Tax Service.
